Nicole reached out to me on a FB thread when I posted about relocating. So did 40 other realtors, but Nicole stood out because she wasn’t aggressive, just relatable. As a mom her who had also relocated to the area, she gave me time and space to navigate our process while being supportive and super communicative when I reached out. She did many virtual tours for us, as being on the easy coast we were at a disadvantage not being able to feel the “vibe” of an area. She laid it out there for us and was able to give us a sense of an area/property from afar. Nicole is confident yet “cool.” She’s extremely knowledgeable about the process of home buying/selling from start to finish, And isn’t afraid to ask questions to make sure information is updated and accurate. If you’re looking for someone to help you buy or sell, who isn’t going to pressure, rush or confuse you, Nicole is your go-to. Highly recommend.

Nicole is the best of the best. If you need someone in your corner during the sale of a home, you couldn’t ask for someone more excellent or more knowledgeable. My husband and I needed help navigating complex real estate sales and Nicole was there every step of the way. She showed up for us in both the big and small things, supervising repairs, finding needed specialists, connecting with us about utilities, staging the properties, and all the questions and steps in between. Nicole is amazing and wonderful to work with. She helped us find a rental from out of state, she would literally FaceTime house walk throughs for us to find the perfect rental when we moved to California. She went room by room explaining how big each one was explaining what size bed and how much furniture could fit in each to better help us gauge the size of the house. She then helped our family find our forever home. She treated us like family and I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. She’s the best there is at what she does.

Nicole made our home buying experience enjoyable, and had a lot of patience with a couple who had no specific where (general idea) or what we wanted. She took us to any area she thought we would like, and spent the time to find places in areas we mentioned. She walked us through and guided us through the whole process - even through some unexpected obstacles caused by COVID. Nicole made a scary and could be overwhelming process easy, and kept us updated at every step. She also connected us to anyone we needed. I was so grateful to have Nicole guiding us through this, and I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Let me start by saying that just because of pleasant demeanor and enthusiasm for her job she is great agent to have on your side. In our case It was a sale and purchase of a new home (downsizing) with the caveat that navigating a parents health and attachment to their home and with keeping all that in mind. She is all business and will fight for you! there’s is no substitute for experience.

She and her team provided great service throughout the entire process…from listing and promoting the house, to assisting us in hiring trades-people to make needed repairs and improvements to the house to ready it for sale, to representing us in various negotiations with prospective buyers, and all the way through the sometimes challenging escrow process…from the most substantive questions we had…all the way through the technical process of handling lots of paperwork electronically with DocuSign (though you do have the option of hard copy real paper documents if you want).

I couldn't recommend Nicole enough. We had a previous realtor that wasn't working for us at all. Nicole was recommended to us, and she truly rocked it for us! She hand-held us through the process, she partnered with our mortgage broker, found us the perfect house AND we got the house even though there were several higher bidders!
